Sleep? What is this thing you speak of? I haven’t had a decent amount of shut-eye for months now, owing to the small matter of a launching a new business. Sure, I could make things easier for myself if I closed my laptop before midnight and stopped scrolling through Instagram in bed but you know, old habits die hard.

Under normal circumstances, my bedroom is my sanctuary but I have had so many restless nights recently that it’s a relief when the sun comes up. I can legitimately leave my bed and tackle my to-do list – who even am I? I know it won’t be like this forever but I have got to take action and make some changes because I’m literally running out of gas!

I know I am not alone because it’s such a busy month as children go back to school and the nights draw in. As luck would have it the Neom Big Sleep Challenge (#NeomBigSleep) has come along at exactly the right time.

September is a great month for making resolutions and creating habits that stick, I suppose it’s a throwback to our school days. This year it has almost passed me by but I’m just in time to lay down some routines that will help me to relax and unwind in the months ahead.

For me it’s all about rituals, is there anything better than a bath, clean pjs and fresh bed linen? Obviously this isn’t possible every night unless you live in a hotel (!) However, a quick spritz of this pillow mist and a little hand massage followed by a guided meditation app and blissful sleep might just be within reach.

Do you have any fail-safe tips for a restful night?

    I always use a pillow spray – it conditions me for sleep these days! Also I love a diffuser with calming oils. I try and stretch and massage my shoulders with lavender to take out any tension too. The neom range sounds lovely and I do love their candles X

      I remember that you recommended a pillow spray a while a go, I really admire how you take time to look after yourself and I need to take a leaf out of your book because to add to my sleep deprivation, I’m also starting to suffer with my back… old? me??? xxx

    Neom products are beautiful and so are these images you shot Antonia. I’m like you, struggling to sleep but for the last couple of nights I made a conscious effort to unplug by 9pm. Boy what a difference! #justsayin
